The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to her one day in a state of alarm, saying, "There is no god but Allah. Woe to the Arabs from an evil that has drawn near. Today an opening this big has been made in the barrier of Gog and Magog," and he formed a circle with his thumb and index finger.Zaynab bint Jahsh said, "I asked, 'Messenger of Allah, will we be destroyed even though there are righteous people among us?'"He replied, "Yes, when corruption becomes widespread."

أن رسول الله ﷺ دخل عليها يوما فزعا يقول لا إله إلا الله ويل للعرب من شر قد اقترب فتح اليوم من ردم يأجوج ومأجوج مثل هذه وحلق بإصبعيه الإبهام والتي تليها قالت زينب بنت جحش فقلت يا رسول الله أفنهلك وفينا الصالحون قال نعم إذا كثر الخبث
