While we were sitting with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said, "While I was sleeping, I saw myself in Paradise, and there was a woman performing ablution beside a palace. I asked, 'Whose palace is this?' They said, 'It belongs to Umar bin Khattab.' Then I remembered his sense of honor and turned away."Abu Hurairah said, Umar bin Khattab wept and then said, "Could I ever feel jealousy toward you, Messenger of Allah, with my father and mother as your ransom?"
حدثنا سعيد بن عفير حدثني الليث حدثني عقيل عن ابن شهاب قال أخبرني سعيد بن المسيب أن
بينا نحن جلوس عند رسول الله ﷺ قال بينا أنا نائم رأيتني في الجنة فإذا امرأة تتوضأ إلى جانب قصر قلت لمن هذا القصر قالوا لعمر بن الخطاب فذكرت غيرته فوليت مدبرا قال أبو هريرة فبكى عمر بن الخطاب ثم قال أعليك بأبي أنت وأمي يا رسول الله أغار
