The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Surplus water must not be withheld in order to prevent the use of surplus pasture."
حدثنا إسماعيل حدثنا مالك عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا يمنع فضل الماء ليمنع به فضل الكلإ
