A group of Jews asked permission to enter upon the Prophet ﷺ. They said, "Death be upon you."I said, "Rather, upon you be death and curses."He said, "Ayesha, Allah is gentle and loves gentleness in every matter."I said, "Did you not hear what they said?"He replied, "I said, 'And upon you.'"

استأذن رهط من اليهود على النبي ﷺ فقالوا السام عليك فقلت بل عليكم السام واللعنة فقال يا عائشة إن الله رفيق يحب الرفق في الأمر كله قلت أولم تسمع ما قالوا قال قلت وعليكم
