A young girl wearing silver ornaments went out in Madinah, and a Jewish man struck her with a stone. She was brought to the Prophet ﷺ while she still had a faint breath of life in her.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her, "Did so-and-so kill you?" She raised her head.He repeated, "Did so-and-so kill you?" She raised her head again.Then he asked her a third time, "Did so-and-so kill you?" and she lowered her head.So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ summoned the man and had him executed by crushing his head between two stones.
حدثنا محمد أخبرنا عبد الله بن إدريس عن شعبة عن هشام بن زيد بن أنس
خرجت جارية عليها أوضاح بالمدينة قال فرماها يهودي بحجر قال فجيء بها إلى النبي ﷺ وبها رمق فقال لها رسول الله ﷺ فلان قتلك فرفعت رأسها فأعاد عليها قال فلان قتلك فرفعت رأسها فقال لها في الثالثة فلان قتلك فخفضت رأسها فدعا به رسول الله ﷺ فقتله بين الحجرين
