Ayesha wanted to buy Barirah, so she said to the Prophet ﷺ, "They are stipulating that the right of inheritance through emancipation remain with them."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Buy her, for the right of inheritance through emancipation belongs only to the one who frees the slave."

أرادت عائشة أن تشتري بريرة فقالت للنبي ﷺ إنهم يشترطون الولاء فقال النبي ﷺ اشتريها فإنما الولاء لمن أعتق
