Urwa bin Zubayr reported,
Ayesha 
spoke about the verse "Allah will not hold you accountable for thoughtless words in your oaths" [Baqarah 2:225]. She said that it was revealed concerning a person's saying, "No, by Allah," and "Yes, by Allah."
