The Prophet ﷺ said, "A vow does not bring to the son of Adam anything I have not already decreed for him. Rather, fate delivers it to him because I have already decreed it for him. By it, I extract something from the miser."
حدثنا بشر بن محمد أخبرنا عبد الله أخبرنا معمر عن همام بن منبه
عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يأت ابن آدم النذر بشيء لم يكن قد قدرته ولكن يلقيه القدر وقد قدرته له أستخرج به من البخيل
