The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The angels keep praying for one of you as long as he remains in his place of prayer and has not broken his ablution, saying, 'Allah, forgive him. Allah, have mercy on him.' One of you remains in prayer as long as the prayer is what detains him, with nothing preventing him from returning to his family except the prayer."
حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلمة عن مالك عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال الملائكة تصلي على أحدكم ما دام في مصلاه ما لم يحدث اللهم اغفر له اللهم ارحمه لا يزال أحدكم في صلاة ما دامت الصلاة تحبسه لا يمنعه أن ينقلب إلى أهله إلا الصلاة
