The Prophet ﷺ said, "While I was standing, suddenly a group appeared. When I recognized them, a man came out from between me and them and said, 'Come along.'I asked, 'Where to?'He replied, 'To the Fire, by Allah.'I asked, 'What is the matter with them?'He said, 'They turned back on their heels in apostasy after you.'Then another group appeared. When I recognized them, a man came out from between me and them and said, 'Come along.'I asked, 'Where to?'He replied, 'To the Fire, by Allah.'I asked, 'What is the matter with them?'He said, 'They turned back on their heels in apostasy after you.'So I do not see any of them being saved except the like of stray camels."
حدثنا إبراهيم بن المنذر الحزامي حدثنا محمد بن فليح حدثنا أبي قال حدثني هلال بن علي عن عطاء بن يسار
عن النبي ﷺ قال بينا أنا قائم إذا زمرة حتى إذا عرفتهم خرج رجل من بيني وبينهم فقال هلم فقلت أين قال إلى النار والله قلت وما شأنهم قال إنهم ارتدوا بعدك على أدبارهم القهقرى ثم إذا زمرة حتى إذا عرفتهم خرج رجل من بيني وبينهم فقال هلم قلت أين قال إلى النار والله قلت ما شأنهم قال إنهم ارتدوا بعدك على أدبارهم القهقرى فلا أراه يخلص منهم إلا مثل همل النعم
