I asked the Prophet ﷺ and he gave to me, then I asked him again and he gave to me, then I asked him a third time and he gave to me. Then he said, "This wealth..." and sometimes Sufyan said, "He said to me, 'Hakeem, this wealth is sweet and green. Whoever takes it with a contented heart will be blessed in it, but whoever takes it with a greedy soul will not be blessed in it, and he will be like one who eats but is never satisfied. The upper hand is better than the lower hand.'"
حدثنا علي بن عبد الله حدثنا سفيان قال سمعت الزهري يقول أخبرني عروة وسعيد بن المسيب
سألت النبي ﷺ فأعطاني ثم سألته فأعطاني ثم سألته فأعطاني ثم قال هذا المال وربما قال سفيان قال لي يا حكيم إن هذا المال خضرة حلوة فمن أخذه بطيب نفس بورك له فيه ومن أخذه بإشراف نفس لم يبارك له فيه وكان كالذي يأكل ولا يشبع واليد العليا خير من اليد السفلى
