The Messenger of Allah ﷺ distributed something, and a man from the Ansar said, "By Allah, Muhammad did not intend the face of Allah by this distribution."So I went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and informed him. His face changed color, and he said, "May Allah have mercy on Musa. He was harmed with more than this, yet he remained patient."
حدثنا محمد بن يوسف أخبرنا سفيان عن الأعمش عن أبي وائل
قسم رسول الله ﷺ قسمة فقال رجل من الأنصار والله ما أراد محمد بهذا وجه الله فأتيت رسول الله ﷺ فأخبرته فتمعر وجهه وقال رحم الله موسى لقد أوذي بأكثر من هذا فصبر
