The Prophet ﷺ had an appointment with Jibreel, but Jibreel was late in coming to him, and this weighed heavily on the Prophet ﷺ. So the Prophet ﷺ went out and met him, and complained to him about what he had felt. Jibreel said to him, "We do not enter a house in which there is an image or a dog."

وعد النبي ﷺ جبريل فراث عليه حتى اشتد على النبي ﷺ فخرج النبي ﷺ فلقيه فشكا إليه ما وجد فقال له إنا لا ندخل بيتا فيه صورة ولا كلب
