I spent a night at the home of my maternal aunt, Maymuna bint Harith, while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was with her on her night. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ got up to pray during the night, and I stood at his left side. He took hold of my forelock and moved me to his right side.Amr bin Muhammad narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us, Abu Bishr informed us of this, and he said, "by my forelock," or, "by my head."
