The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited prayer at two times, after the dawn prayer until the sun rises, and after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets.
حدثنا محمد بن سلام قال حدثنا عبدة عن عبيد الله عن خبيب عن حفص بن عاصم
نهى رسول الله ﷺ عن صلاتين بعد الفجر حتى تطلع الشمس وبعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس
