Some clothes were brought to the Prophet ﷺ, among them a small black cloak. He asked, "Who do you think we should give this to?" The people remained silent. He said, "Bring me Umm Khalid." She was brought to him being carried. He took the cloak in his hand and dressed her in it, saying, "Wear it out and let it grow worn." It had a green or yellow marking on it, and he said, "Umm Khalid, this is sanah, sanah." Sanah in Abyssinian means beautiful.

أتي النبي ﷺ بثياب فيها خميصة سوداء صغيرة فقال من ترون أن نكسو هذه فسكت القوم قال ائتوني بأم خالد فأتي بها تحمل فأخذ الخميصة بيده فألبسها وقال أبلي وأخلقي وكان فيها علم أخضر أو أصفر فقال يا أم خالد هذا سناه وسناه بالحبشية حسن
