I heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "Allah said, 'When I test My servant by taking his two beloved ones and he bears it patiently, I will compensate him with Paradise in their place,'" meaning his two eyes.Ashath bin Jabir and Abu Zilal bin Hilal corroborated this, narrating from Anas from the Prophet ﷺ.

سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول إن الله قال إذا ابتليت عبدي بحبيبتيه فصبر عوضته منهما الجنة يريد عينيه تابعه أشعث بن جابر وأبو ظلال بن هلال عن أنس عن النبي ﷺ
