We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ toward Khaybar. When we reached as-Sahba, Yahya said it is at a distance of half a day's journey from Khaybar, he called for food, but nothing was brought except sawiq. So we moistened it and ate it with him. Then he called for water, rinsed his mouth, and we rinsed our mouths along with him. Then he led us in the maghrib prayer without performing ablution.Sufyan said, "It is as though you are hearing it directly from Yahya."
قال يحيى سمعت بشيرا يقول
خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ إلى خيبر فلما كنا بالصهباء قال يحيى وهي من خيبر على روحة دعا بطعام فما أتي إلا بسويق فلكناه فأكلنا معه ثم دعا بماء فمضمض ومضمضنا معه ثم صلى بنا المغرب ولم يتوضأ وقال سفيان كأنك تسمعه من يحيى
