I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cutting a piece from the shoulder of a sheep and eating from it. Then he was called to prayer, so he got up, put down the knife, and prayed without performing ablution.

رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يحتز من كتف شاة فأكل منها فدعي إلى الصلاة فقام فطرح السكين فصلى ولم يتوضأ
