The Prophet ﷺ said to the two who had taken the oath of mutual cursing, "Your reckoning rests with Allah. One of you is lying. You have no claim over her."The man asked, "Messenger of Allah, what about my wealth?"He replied, "You have no wealth to recover. If you spoke the truth against her, then it was the dowry paid for what you lawfully enjoyed of her. And if you lied against her, then it is even further beyond your reach."

أن النبي ﷺ قال للمتلاعنين حسابكما على الله أحدكما كاذب لا سبيل لك عليها قال يا رسول الله مالي قال لا مال لك إن كنت صدقت عليها فهو بما استحللت من فرجها وإن كنت كذبت عليها فذاك أبعد وأبعد لك منها
