The Prophet's ﷺ muezzin called the adhan for the noon prayer, but the Prophet ﷺ said, "Wait until it cools, wait until it cools," or he said, "Hold off, hold off." He then said, "The intensity of heat is from the blast of Hell, so when the heat becomes intense, delay the prayer until it cools."We waited until we could see the shadows of the mounds.
حدثنا محمد بن بشار قال حدثنا غندر قال حدثنا شعبة عن المهاجر أبي الحسن سمع زيد بن وهب
أذن مؤذن النبي ﷺ الظهر فقال أبرد أبرد أو قال انتظر انتظر وقال شدة الحر من فيح جهنم فإذا اشتد الحر فأبردوا عن الصلاة حتى رأينا فيء التلول
