Whenever Abdullah bin Umar entered the Kaabah, he would walk straight ahead upon entering, with the door behind his back. He would continue walking until there was a distance of about three cubits between him and the wall facing him, then he would pray, aiming for the spot where Bilal had told him the Prophet ﷺ had prayed.He said, "There is no harm on any of us if he prays in whichever part of the House he wishes."

أن عبد الله بن عمر كان إذا دخل الكعبة مشى قبل وجهه حين يدخل وجعل الباب قبل ظهره فمشى حتى يكون بينه وبين الجدار الذي قبل وجهه قريبا من ثلاثة أذرع صلى يتوخى المكان الذي أخبره به بلال أن النبي ﷺ صلى فيه قال وليس على أحدنا بأس إن صلى في أي نواحي البيت شاء
