The Prophet ﷺ heard a man reciting in the mosque, so he said, "May Allah have mercy on him. He has reminded me of such-and-such verses from such-and-such surah."Muhammad bin Ubayd bin Maymun narrated to us, Isa narrated to us, from Hisham, and he said, "I had dropped them from such-and-such surah."Ali bin Mushir and Abdah followed him in this narration from Hisham.
حدثنا ربيع بن يحيى حدثنا زائدة حدثنا هشام عن عروة
سمع النبي ﷺ رجلا يقرأ في المسجد فقال يرحمه الله لقد أذكرني كذا وكذا آية من سورة كذا حدثنا محمد بن عبيد بن ميمون حدثنا عيسى عن هشام وقال أسقطتهن من سورة كذا تابعه علي بن مسهر وعبدة عن هشام
