Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

We were on a journey when we stopped to camp. A young woman came and said, "The chief of our tribe has been stung, and our men are away. Is there anyone among you who can recite a healing incantation?"A man we had never suspected of knowing such a thing got up and went with her. He recited over the chief, and the chief recovered. The chief ordered thirty sheep be given to him and gave us milk to drink. When he returned, we asked him, "Did you know a good incantation, or did you used to perform such recitations?"He replied, "No, I only recited over him with the Mother of the Book."We said, "Do not say anything about this until we come to the Prophet ﷺ and ask him."When we arrived in Madinah, we mentioned it to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said, "How did he know it was an incantation? Divide the sheep, and set aside a share for me."Abu Muamar said, Abdul Warith narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, Muhammad bin Sirin narrated to us, Mabad bin Sirin narrated to me, from Abu Saeed Khudri, with this account.
