Abdullah bin Umar reported,

He narrated to him that the Prophet ﷺ used to stop at Dhu Tuwa and spend the night there until morning, then he would pray the dawn prayer when he came to Makkah. The place where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed was on a rugged mound, not in the mosque that was later built there, but lower down, on a rugged mound.
