Abu Hurairah reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "Paradise and Hell argued with one another. Hell said, 'I have been favored with the arrogant and the tyrants.' Paradise said, 'What is wrong with me that none enter me except the weak among people and the lowly?'Allah said to Paradise, 'You are My mercy. Through you I show mercy to whomever I will of My servants.' And He said to Hell, 'You are My punishment. Through you I punish whomever I will of My servants. And each of you shall have its fill.'As for Hell, it will not be filled until He places His foot upon it, and then it will say, 'Enough, enough!' At that point it will be filled, and its parts will be folded together. Allah does not wrong any of His creation. As for Paradise, Allah will create new beings to fill it."

حدثنا عبد الله بن محمد حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا معمر عن همام

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال

قال النبي ﷺ تحاجت الجنة والنار فقالت النار أوثرت بالمتكبرين والمتجبرين وقالت الجنة ما لي لا يدخلني إلا ضعفاء الناس وسقطهم قال الله تبارك وتعالى للجنة أنت رحمتي أرحم بك من أشاء من عبادي وقال للنار إنما أنت عذابي أعذب بك من أشاء من عبادي ولكل واحدة منهما ملؤها فأما النار فلا تمتلئ حتى يضع رجله فتقول قط قط فهنالك تمتلئ ويزوى بعضها إلى بعض ولا يظلم الله عز وجل من خلقه أحدا وأما الجنة فإن الله عز وجل ينشئ لها خلقا
