The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Musa was a modest man, and that is the meaning of Allah's statement, "You who believe, do not be like those who insulted Musa. Allah cleared him of what they said, and he was honorable in the sight of Allah" [Ahzab 33:69]."
حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم أخبرنا روح بن عبادة حدثنا عوف عن الحسن ومحمد وخلاس
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن موسى كان رجلا حييا وذلك قوله تعالى {يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تكونوا كالذين آذوا موسى فبرأه الله مما قالوا وكان عند الله وجيها}
