I passed by Abu Dharr at Rabadhah and asked him, "What has brought you to this land?"He replied, "We were in Sham, and I recited 'And those who hoard gold and silver and do not spend it in the way of Allah, give them tidings of a painful punishment' [Tawbah 9:34].Muawiya said, 'This verse does not apply to us.
