The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Nuh will be summoned on the Day of Resurrection, and he will say, 'Here I am at Your service, my Lord, ready to obey.'Allah will ask him, 'Did you convey the message?'He will answer, 'Yes.'Then his people will be asked, 'Did he convey it to you?'They will say, 'No warner ever came to us.'Allah will say to Nuh, 'Who will bear witness for you?'He will say, 'Muhammad and his community.'So they will testify that he did indeed convey the message, 'and the Messenger will be a witness over you.' [Baqarah 2:143]"That is the meaning of His words, exalted be His mention, "And thus We have made you a middle community, that you may be witnesses over the people and that the Messenger may be a witness over you." [Baqarah 2:143] And "middle" here means just.
حدثنا يوسف بن راشد حدثنا جرير وأبو أسامة واللفظ لجرير عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح وقال أبو أسامة حدثنا أبو صالح
قال رسول الله ﷺ يدعى نوح يوم القيامة فيقول لبيك وسعديك يا رب فيقول هل بلغت فيقول نعم فيقال لأمته هل بلغكم فيقولون ما أتانا من نذير فيقول من يشهد لك فيقول محمد وأمته فتشهدون أنه قد بلغ {ويكون الرسول عليكم شهيدا} فذلك قوله جل ذكره {وكذلك جعلناكم أمة وسطا لتكونوا شهداء على الناس ويكون الرسول عليكم شهيدا} والوسط العدل
