She informed them both that Safiya bint Huyayy, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, began menstruating during the Farewell Pilgrimage.The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Is she going to delay us?"I replied, "She has already performed the tawaf al-ifadah, Messenger of Allah, and circumambulated the House."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then let her depart."
