Ayesha reported,

When the Prophet ﷺ returned from the Battle of the Trench, laid down his weapons, and bathed, Jibreel came to him and said, "You have laid down your weapons? By Allah, we have not laid ours down. Go out to them."The Prophet ﷺ asked, "Where to?"Jibreel replied, "Over here," pointing toward Banu Qurayzah.So the Prophet ﷺ set out toward them.

حدثني عبد الله بن أبي شيبة حدثنا ابن نمير عن هشام عن أبيه

عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت

لما رجع النبي ﷺ من الخندق ووضع السلاح واغتسل أتاه جبريل عليه السلام فقال قد وضعت السلاح والله ما وضعناه فاخرج إليهم قال فإلى أين قال ها هنا وأشار إلى بني قريظة فخرج النبي ﷺ إليهم
