He was speaking about the pause in revelation, and he said in his account, "While I was walking, I heard a voice from the sky. I raised my eyes, and there was the angel who had come to me at Hira, seated on a throne between the sky and the earth. I was terrified of him, so I returned home and said, 'Wrap me up, wrap me up.' Then Allah the Exalted revealed, "You who are wrapped in a cloak, arise and warn" [Muddaththir 74:1–2], up to His words, "and shun all filth" [Muddaththir 74:5]. After that, revelation grew intense and came in close succession."Abdullah bin Yusuf and Abu Salih followed the same narration, and Hilal bin Raddad also followed it from Zuhri. قال ابن شهاب وأخبرني أبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن أن
