The companions of Muhammad ﷺ who were present at Badr told me that their number matched the number of the companions of Talut who crossed the river with him, three hundred and some ten odd men.Bara said, "By Allah, none crossed the river with him except a believer."
حدثنا عمرو بن خالد حدثنا زهير حدثنا أبو إسحاق قال سمعت
حدثني أصحاب محمد ﷺ ممن شهد بدرا أنهم كانوا عدة أصحاب طالوت الذين جازوا معه النهر بضعة عشر وثلاث مائة قال البراء لا والله ما جاوز معه النهر إلا مؤمن
