The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, the religion is ease, and no one will overburden himself in the religion except that it will overcome him. So aim for what is right, draw near to it, rejoice in glad tidings, and seek help through the early morning, the late afternoon, and a portion of the night."

عن النبي ﷺ قال إن الدين يسر ولن يشاد الدين أحد إلا غلبه فسددوا وقاربوا وأبشروا واستعينوا بالغدوة والروحة وشيء من الدلجة
