The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out at midday to al-Batha. He performed ablution, then prayed Dhuhr as two units and Asr as two units, with an anazah placed in front of him.Shuba said that Awn added, narrating from his father Abu Juhayfa, who said, "Women would pass behind it. The people stood up and began taking his hands and wiping their faces with them. I took his hand and placed it on my face, and it was cooler than snow and more fragrant than musk."
حدثنا الحسن بن منصور أبو علي حدثنا حجاج بن محمد الأعور بالمصيصة حدثنا شعبة عن الحكم قال سمعت
خرج رسول الله ﷺ بالهاجرة إلى البطحاء فتوضأ ثم صلى الظهر ركعتين والعصر ركعتين وبين يديه عنزة قال شعبة وزاد فيه عون عن أبيه أبي جحيفة قال كان يمر من ورائها المرأة وقام الناس فجعلوا يأخذون يديه فيمسحون بها وجوههم قال فأخذت بيده فوضعتها على وجهي فإذا هي أبرد من الثلج وأطيب رائحة من المسك
