The Prophet ﷺ said, "My example and the example of the prophets before me is like a man who built a house and made it complete and beautiful except for the place of one brick. People began entering it and marveling at it, saying, 'If only this brick were in place!'"
حدثنا محمد بن سنان حدثنا سليم بن حيان حدثنا سعيد بن ميناء
قال النبي ﷺ مثلي ومثل الأنبياء كرجل بنى دارا فأكملها وأحسنها إلا موضع لبنة فجعل الناس يدخلونها ويتعجبون ويقولون لولا موضع اللبنة
