The Prophet ﷺ said, "None spoke in the cradle except three. Isa, and there was a man among the Children of Israel called Jurayy. He was praying when his mother came and called him. He said to himself, 'Shall I answer her or continue my prayer?' He continued praying, so she said, 'O Allah, do not let him die until he sees the faces of prostitutes.'Jurayy was in his hermitage when a woman approached him and tried to seduce him with her words, but he refused. So she went to a shepherd and offered herself to him, and she gave birth to a boy. She claimed, 'He is from Jurayy.' The people came to him, broke down his hermitage, brought him out, and reviled him. He performed ablution, prayed, then came to the boy and said, 'Who is your father, boy?' The boy answered, 'The shepherd.' The people said, 'We will rebuild your hermitage out of gold.' He said, 'No, only out of clay.'There was a woman nursing her son from the Children of Israel when a handsome rider passed by. She said, 'O Allah, make my son like him.' The child left her breast, turned toward the rider, and said, 'O Allah, do not make me like him,' then returned to her breast and continued suckling."Abu Hurairah said, "It is as if I can see the Prophet ﷺ sucking his finger.""Then a slave-girl passed by, and the mother said, 'O Allah, do not make my son like this woman.' The child left her breast and said, 'O Allah, make me like her.' She asked, 'Why is that?' The child replied, 'The rider is one of the tyrants, and as for this slave-girl, the people say to her, You stole, you committed adultery, though she did neither.'"
حدثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم حدثنا جرير بن حازم عن محمد بن سيرين
عن النبي ﷺ قال لم يتكلم في المهد إلا ثلاثة عيسى وكان في بني إسرائيل رجل يقال له جريج كان يصلي جاءته أمه فدعته فقال أجيبها أو أصلي فقالت اللهم لا تمته حتى تريه وجوه المومسات وكان جريج في صومعته فتعرضت له امرأة وكلمته فأبى فأتت راعيا فأمكنته من نفسها فولدت غلاما فقالت من جريج فأتوه فكسروا صومعته وأنزلوه وسبوه فتوضأ وصلى ثم أتى الغلام فقال من أبوك يا غلام قال الراعي قالوا نبني صومعتك من ذهب قال لا إلا من طين وكانت امرأة ترضع ابنا لها من بني إسرائيل فمر بها رجل راكب ذو شارة فقالت اللهم اجعل ابني مثله فترك ثديها وأقبل على الراكب فقال اللهم لا تجعلني مثله ثم أقبل على ثديها يمصه قال أبو هريرة كأني أنظر إلى النبي ﷺ يمص إصبعه ثم مر بأمة فقالت اللهم لا تجعل ابني مثل هذه فترك ثديها فقال اللهم اجعلني مثلها فقالت لم ذاك فقال الراكب جبار من الجبابرة وهذه الأمة يقولون سرقت زنيت ولم تفعل
