Whenever the Prophet ﷺ returned from Hajj or Umrah, and I believe he also said from a military expedition, every time he climbed a hill or elevated ground he would say "Allahu Akbar" three times, then say, "There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things. We return repentant, worshipping, prostrating, praising our Lord. Allah has fulfilled His promise, granted victory to His servant, and defeated the confederates alone."Salih said, I asked him, "Did Abdullah not also say, 'if Allah wills'?"He replied, "No."

كان النبي ﷺ إذا قفل من الحج أو العمرة ولا أعلمه إلا قال الغزو يقول كلما أوفى على ثنية أو فدفد كبر ثلاثا ثم قال لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير آيبون تائبون عابدون ساجدون لربنا حامدون صدق الله وعده ونصر عبده وهزم الأحزاب وحده قال صالح فقلت له ألم يقل عبد الله إن شاء الله قال لا
