The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned a man who asked one of the Children of Israil to lend him a thousand Dinars, and the lender handed them over to him for a specified term.Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, and Ata said, "If he sets a fixed term for the loan, it is permissible."
وقال الليث حدثني جعفر بن ربيعة، عن عبد الرحمن بن هرمز،
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه ذكر رجلا سأل بعض بني إسرائيل أن يسلفه ألف دينار، فدفعها إليه إلى أجل مسمى. وقال ابن عمر رضى الله عنهما وعطاء إذا أجله في القرض جاز.
