The Prophet ﷺ performed the ritual bath after major impurity. He washed his private parts with his hand, then rubbed his hand against the wall and washed it. Then he performed ablution as he would for prayer. When he finished his bath, he washed his feet.
حدثنا عبد الله بن الزبير الحميدي قال حدثنا سفيان قال حدثنا الأعمش عن سالم بن أبي الجعد عن كريب عن ابن عباس
أن النبي ﷺ اغتسل من الجنابة فغسل فرجه بيده ثم دلك بها الحائط ثم غسلها ثم توضأ وضوءه للصلاة فلما فرغ من غسله غسل رجليه
