Ayesha reported,

When the Prophet ﷺ became gravely ill and his pain intensified, he asked his wives for permission to be nursed in my house, and they granted him permission. He came out walking between two men, his feet dragging along the ground. He was between Abbas and another man.Ubaydullah said, "I mentioned to Ibn Abbas what Ayesha had said."Ibn Abbas asked me, "Do you know who the man was that Ayesha did not name?"I replied, "No."He said, "It was Ali bin Abu Talib."
