The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one should prevent his neighbor from fixing a wooden beam into his wall."Then Abu Hurairah would say, "Why do I see you turning away from this ruling? By Allah, I will keep throwing it onto your shoulders."
حدثنا عبد الله بن مسلمة عن مالك عن ابن شهاب عن الأعرج
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال لا يمنع جار جاره أن يغرز خشبه في جداره ثم يقول أبو هريرة ما لي أراكم عنها معرضين والله لأرمين بها بين أكتافكم
