The Messenger of Allah ﷺ mentioned a man from the Children of Israil who asked another man from the Children of Israil to lend him a sum of money. The lender handed it over to him for a fixed term. He then narrated the rest of the hadith.
وقال الليث حدثني جعفر بن ربيعة، عن عبد الرحمن بن هرمز،
عن رسول الله ﷺ أنه ذكر رجلا من بني إسرائيل، سأل بعض بني إسرائيل أن يسلفه، فدفعها إليه إلى أجل مسمى. فذكر الحديث.
