Nafi reported,

Ibn Umar said, "When palm trees are sold after they have been pollinated and the fruit is not mentioned in the sale, the fruit belongs to the one who pollinated them. The same applies to a slave and to cultivated land." Nafi named these three cases to him.

عن نافع مولى ابن عمر

أنه قال أيما نخل بيعت قد أبرت لم يذكر الثمر فالثمر للذي أبرها وكذلك العبد والحرث سمى له نافع هؤلاء الثلاث
