The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruits until they ripen.He was asked, "What does ripen mean?"He replied, "Until they turn red."Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Tell me, if Allah withholds the fruit, by what right would any of you take his brother's wealth?"
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف أخبرنا مالك عن حميد
أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن بيع الثمار حتى تزهي فقيل له وما تزهي قال حتى تحمر فقال رسول الله ﷺ أرأيت إذا منع الله الثمرة بم يأخذ أحدكم مال أخيه
