The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "A person must not buy over the sale of his brother, do not engage in najsh, and a town dweller must not sell on behalf of a desert dweller."
حدثنا المكي بن إبراهيم قال أخبرني ابن جريج عن ابن شهاب عن سعيد بن المسيب أنه سمع
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يبتاع المرء على بيع أخيه ولا تناجشوا ولا يبع حاضر لباد
