Amir bin Saad bin Abu Waqqas reported,

Abu Saeed reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade munabadhah, which is when a man tosses his garment to another in a sale before the buyer can turn it over or examine it, and he also forbade mulamasah, which is touching a garment without looking at it.

حدثنا سعيد بن عفير قال حدثني الليث قال حدثني عقيل عن ابن شهاب قال

أخبرني عامر بن سعد

أن أبا سعيد رضي الله عنه أخبره أن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن المنابذة وهي طرح الرجل ثوبه بالبيع إلى الرجل قبل أن يقلبه أو ينظر إليه ونهى عن الملامسة والملامسة لمس الثوب لا ينظر إليه
