The Prophet ﷺ visited her on a Friday while she was fasting and asked, "Did you fast yesterday?"She replied, "No."He asked, "Do you intend to fast tomorrow?"She replied, "No."He said, "Then break your fast."Hammad bin al-Jad reported that Qatada heard, Abu Ayub narrated to me that Juwayriyah told him that he ordered her to break her fast, and she did so.

أن النبي ﷺ دخل عليها يوم الجمعة وهي صائمة فقال أصمت أمس قالت لا قال تريدين أن تصومي غدا قالت لا قال فأفطري وقال حماد بن الجعد سمع قتادة حدثني أبو أيوب أن جويرية حدثته فأمرها فأفطرت
