The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to a woman from the Ansar, whose name Ibn Abbas mentioned but which I have forgotten, "What prevented you from performing Hajj with us?"She replied, "We had only two camels for drawing water. The father of so-and-so and his son," meaning her husband and son, "rode one of them, and left us the other to draw water with."He said, "When Ramadan comes, perform Umra in it, for an Umra during Ramadan equals a Hajj," or words to that effect.
حدثنا مسدد حدثنا يحيى عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال سمعت
قال رسول الله ﷺ لامرأة من الأنصار سماها ابن عباس فنسيت اسمها ما منعك أن تحجين معنا قالت كان لنا ناضح فركبه أبو فلان وابنه لزوجها وابنها وترك ناضحا ننضح عليه قال فإذا كان رمضان اعتمري فيه فإن عمرة في رمضان حجة أو نحوا مما قال
