Zayd bin Jubayr reported,

He came to Abdullah bin Umar at his residence, where he had a tent and an enclosure, and asked him, "From where am I permitted to enter the state of ihram for umrah?"He replied, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ designated Qarn for the people of Najd, Dhul-Hulayfah for the people of Madinah, and al-Juhfah for the people of Sham."

أنه أتى عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما في منزله وله فسطاط وسرادق فسألته من أين يجوز أن أعتمر قال فرضها رسول الله ﷺ لأهل نجد قرنا ولأهل المدينة ذا الحليفة ولأهل الشأم الجحفة
